1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable.

This includes hosting plans, domain registrations, add-ons, and other digital products.

Refunds will not be issued for unused periods, setup fees, or promotional discounts.
2. No Cancellation Policy

Once a service is activated, it cannot be cancelled before the end of the billing period.

You may choose not to renew your service upon expiry, and it will automatically terminate.
3. Exceptions
Refunds or cancellations may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

Double payment due to technical error.

Payment made but service not delivered within 72 hours.
